Description

ROLLING STONES "STICKY FINGERS" VINYL RECORD LP from 1971 with real, operating metal zipper.  behind the zipper is Warhol photo of man's legs and underwear.  (also has Andy Warhol stamp).

1971    COC 39105    Rolling Stones Records, distributed by Atco Records, division of Atlantic.   

Inner sleeve has photo of the band, red tongue logo and song tracks.  inner sleeve has  split on one side.   Cover concept and photography by Andy Warhol.    

VG+    no tears on the cover.     Inner sleeve has seam separation.    There is a notch on the top left front cover and inner sleeve seeming to indicate this as a promotional record but that is not indicated anywhere else.

 

NOTES:

I am selling my large collection of vinyl records: 33's, 45's, 78's.  They have been stored in boxes in a clean smoke free envirnment for decades and not been touched for decades.    Primarily, one owner.   

SHIPPING:

I will securely ship any method the winning bidder prefers.  I will invoice for media mail with a delivery confirmation.  if the winning bidder prefers, I will ship Priority Mail via the US Post Office with a delivery confirmation for tracking.     Media Mail: $3.75 for one LP... add 75 cents for each additional LP.    Priority will depend on final weight and zip code in the US.   International can be first class or priority.   any insurance is at the recipient's option.

NOTE: I played both sides of this Sticky Fingers record and it plays very good plus......no skips, no crackles.  One issue I discovered except on the "Sister Morphine " track ... on my low tech system, it gets stuck on the word "cocaine" ... and Mick just keeps saying it, until I lift the needle.  Not sure but perhaps with higher quality needles and/or systems, it may be OK.
