Description

The Rolling Stones "Satanic Majesties Request" 12", one sided acetate, 45 rpm speed, mono with four songs "titled" side B, TXL-103, from 1967. Disc is in amazing condition (strong vg++) with the orginal outer blank sleeve with "R" stamped on the top side and "E1" stamped on the other top side. Reads factory sample NOT FOR SALE. I carefully listend to the acetate and the original 1967 lp and noticed a big difference... some tracks include Mick's vocals, some not. The running times on three songs are longer than on the original lp. The four songs are "She's a rainbow" 2 minutes longer version... instrumental, "2000 Light Years From Home" about 2 minutes longer, "Lantern"... Mick's vocals are a lot slower than the original lp version and the song runs a full 96 seconds longer, and "Gomper" which is the only song that is close to the original. A truly RARE Stones collectible... and guaranteed different from the original 1967 lp. Good luck!
