Features the 1st issue sleeve that was withdrawn from circulation soon after release

Lucille Ball & other ladies requested their photos be removed as they had been printed without consent

 

Hard to find New Zealand issue

Original New Zealand pressing from 1978 on the EMI label, catalogue no. CUN 39108
