"STICKY FINGERS" LP


1st UK pressing on the “Rolling Stones" Label


COC 59100 A3 & COC 59100 B3


First test defined by not having "A PROMOTONE N.V, RECORD " text on centre label.


WITH THE OUTER SLEEVE DESIGNED BY ANDY


As it was the first Stones’ release with the tongue logo (by artist John Pasche) there is a ‘tongue’ insert and Stones band members promo shot intact, authentic and complete


with 'ROLLING STONES RECORDS' hand etched in the run-out grooves on both sides.


The vinyl is in excellent condition and looks to be relatively unplayed, with little spindle marks on record or labels (shown in images). There is a small mark on the record, I believe to be caused from the zip pressing during storage which I have shown circled in white in the photos. I did play this track, there are no skips at all, there is an audible pop where the mark is for 20 seconds or so. Other than that the record is in amazing condition and looks virtually brand new. I have tried to shaw this by taking some hi resolution photographs in natural daylight , please zoom in and see.


The cover has a few signs of wear which I have shown in photos but other than that is in excellent condition considering its age. The zip is still in working order and the insert is in mint condition with zero marks, folds, creases etc, it is in amazing condition.



This is from an inherited collection, it seems that the majority of the collection is relatively unplayed, I suspect copied to cassette then remained in cover, in record shelves since purchase,
