Description
a first pressing of the rare 7 inch single "Sympathy for the devil/ Prodigal son" by the ROLLING STONES as released in Holland ONLY in 1973 on Decca 6103 066. The A-side is a unique version (edit) of "Sympathy for the devil". Although the edit isn't mentioned on the cover or label, this single is the first (of two) known with this edited version (the other one is The Rolling Stones - (I Can't Get No) Satisfaction / Sympathy For The Devil)!! This edit was made by Juul Geleick, an engineer of Radio Veronica (in the 60's and 70's a popular offshore Dutch radiostation) because the original version was deemed too long for airplay. Grading: the record: vg++ condition (some marks but plays ok) the cover: vg+ condition (stain right side frontcover & left side backcover/ bottom parlty split ) Tani-Logics Uk eBay Listing Template Home Help Add to
