ROLLING STONES
THEIR SATANIC MAGESTIES REQUEST
Decca 67 Mono 1st pr 3D sleeve LP VG
Decca TXL103
-1P-D1 Matrix Nos.
UK 1st press with gatefold laminated sleeve
with a 3D picture on the front complete with
original red & white inner sleeve & original
1st press blue unboxed Decca labels.
Album plays superbly with no jumps or sticks.
Original gatefold sleeve has slight rubbing to
top right hand corner but generally VG condition
with a couple of slight indentations
on sleeve on front near top.
No writing, clean rear and generally in
VG to VG+ condition.
Original red and white inner sleeve is in lovely
nr EX condition.
Blue labels are VG+ to nr EX with a few spindle marks.
Vinyl is VG condition with lots of light polishing
scratches noticeable under a lamp and a few
surface scratches, nothing at all feelable and I said
it plays with fairly minimal surface noise but there
are few low level clicks but definately no jumps or
sticks and very little musical distortion.

Has had a professional clean and has been housed
in a new Japanese anti static inner sleeve
inside the original inner sleeve.
the record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable fitted with a goldring stylus , listened to through full range handmade wilmslow audio transmission line speakers that have superb response and definition on all frequencies
For accurate grading visual and play grade (like all my records)
this record has been professionally cleaned using an
okki nokki cleaning machine
( 1st clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and
finished off with L’art du son / purified water mix
the alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have from the manufacture stage , this hides detail in the sound
the l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness the alcohol water mix
