DETAILED CONDITION:
SLEEVE: Superb...Laminate tight...edges and corners sharp...Title edge perfectly intact (very rare!)..just a little wear inside from rubbing against the flipbacks: EX
INNER: Perfect!...looks straight off the printing press!: EX+
VINYL: Beautiful!...no more than a couple of those wispy ultrafine 'paper contact' hairlines...lovely Surface Sheen on both sides: EX+
LABELS: Superb..no 'spidering' visible even under very strong light: EX+

I use RC gradings, although I tend to undergrade, so that the buyer is fully satisfied -I only use the term 'Mint' if an item is sealed, So many of my EX+ grades might be considered 'Mint' by many . I also do not believe there is much point in just putting EX/EX or VG+/EX as this can vary hugely between sellers, so I try to put in as detailed description as I can
