ROLLING STONES 1st press TIME IS ON MY SIDE USA P/S LONDON 9708 nice condition - 1964.
This week I am putting on auction some superior and lovely condition Rolling Stones singles from my personal collection that have been very well looked after over the years and have not been played very often at all. None of these singles are rare in themselves: but they are very hard-to-find in the lovely condition that these are in.
This auction is:
a nice EX- condition ROLLING STONES USA release in a scarce picture sleeve - TIME IS ON MY SIDE c/w CONGRATULATIONS released on LONDON LON 9708 in 1964.
This is a first press on the purple white label and is hard to find in the nice condition that this example is in.
The record is in nice EX-condition with very clean vinyl and a nice gloss.
The purple and white [first press] labels are nice and clean and free of any writing or marks of any description.
The scarce PICTURE SLEEVE is in nice EX- condition: there is a tiny bit of [pink] staining to the back cover: but this is not extensive [see scans]: in fact it can hardly be seen on the scan.
I have test played this record - for this auction – on my BOSE hi-fi system and it played well: with a slight hiss at the start of the A side and some surface noise in the middle of the track. The B side plays nicely throughout.
