As expected for this grade, there was background crackle throughout which was more noticeable in some places than others. Pops/clicks. Overall, the audio was reasonable and the record certainly played much better than I expected it to!
VINYL (VISUAL): GOOD; the heavy vinyl has clearly been played many many times and is covered in scuffs, marks and scratches, some of which can be felt with the fingertip. Remarkably, the record played through with better audio than expected, but this is certainly not a purchase for the purist!
Both labels look OK but do have mottling spots. Other general signs of age and use, but no writing .
SLEEVE: VERY GOOD(+); the sleeve is a nice example overall but please note that this is from the mono release (I find this to be quite a common mix up). Some light creasing to the exterior with a small 4cm split to the top edge. The interior shows some signs of age but looks very respectable overall. The spine has just 'bumping' to each corner but has little else to fault with all text remaining clearly legible. Overall, a lovely copy.
Please note that there is no red inner sleeve with this copy.

PAYMENT & CHECKOUTPlease remember that your bid is binding.
I reserve the right to cancel bids from buyers whose previous feedback ratings are poor.
GRADING
Unless otherwise stated, all of my records have been play tested before listing using a Rega P3-24 turntable with Ortofon 2M Blue cartridge & stylus. I describe honestly and accurately but please bear in mind that I am only human and such things are always subjective. I tend to grade records conservatively and believe that my feedback speaks for itself.
Please take confidence from the fact that I have been a collector myself for over 20 years (please check my feedback as a buyer) and know only too well how disappointing it is to receive an inaccurately described record.
I also grade visually using a strong halogen lamp.
I use the Record Collector grading system as shown below.
POSTAGE / SHIPPING
I post worldwide and pack all records in custom made (stiff) card mailers and add extra packaging inside to ensure a safe delivery. I will provide a protective polythene sleeve and the record and inner will be removed from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits in transit. I want your record to get to you in the condition that it was when it left me.
For any records that come with printed inner sleeves, I will also provide an additional plain inner.
As a general rule, shipping will be discounted ie. I lose money on the costs of buying my packaging. I do not profit from this; please remember that my costs are not simply those shown on the stamp!

RECORD COLLECTOR GRADING SYSTEM
MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and / or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and / or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection filler.
