Description
This is a collectable 1964 UK mono pressing (but not the very first press). This 1964 press that you are looking at plays the 4.06 running time version of ''Tell Me'' rather than the very first press with a running time of 2.52.
Side 1 runout matrix is XARL-6271-1A Side 2 matrix is XARL-6272-3A & the 9 o’clock mother on both sides is 2 B
Sound Quality: sounds +VG with no noticeable surface noise apart from during intro/endings. Fully play tested and both sides play with no clicks or pops. Made in England heavy old vinyl sound quality.
Vinyl Grade: VG, many light scratches and scuff marks, at least 12 scratches are across two or three tracks, nothing bad looking but sufficient in number that you would expect to cause surface noise.
Cover: worn cover, browning age discoloration, tear and wear opening edge, name on back of cover and old tape, looks its 55-years age.

Records graded directly under very bright table light for the visual grade. Sound quality checked by playing to ensure that visual grade and sound quality are consistent.
Mint M and Near Mint NM: Looks perfect as new. N and NM is only appropriate for new reissue records and not for vintage vinyl that has been played, regardless of how perfect it may look.
Excellent Plus +EX: Lovely gloss, no visible scratches, scuffs or marks. Has been played but has been handled well and still in great condition. (highest grade that I use for vintage vinyl)
Excellent EX: Lovely gloss, shows some slight signs of wear, including light trace/hairlines from the inner sleeve, light scuffs or very light marks that you would not expect to hear as surface noise.
Very Good Plus +VG: Shows a few more very light marks than is allowable for EX so not quite EX. These signs of use would be expected to cause some light surface noise but not to detract from the music.
Very Good VG: Shows light scratches and marks and some that you would expect to cause surface noise, especially in soft passages, between tracks and during a song?s intro and ending but not so much as to overpower the music which can still be enjoyed.
Very Good Minus -VG: Shows significant wear and marks that you would expect to cause noticeable surface noise that detracts from the music.
Good G: In the record world, 'Good' is not good! From here on down (Fair, Poor), we're talking about beat-up records lacking much of the original gloss and with many scratches and marks that you would expect to cause very noticeable surface noise and clicks/pops that seriously detract from enjoyment of the music.
