   Here's a SEALED copy of The Rolling Stones 1978 classic, "Some Girls", with the RARE REMOVED COVER, pulled due to lawsuits from Lucille Ball and others, for using their likeness in the die cut wig advertisement windows on the front without their permission. It also has the original HYPE STICKER: "Contains The Single SOME GIRLS" on the front top left. Certainly a COLLECTORS COPY! NO tears in the shrink wrap, a very legible spine, even the corners are in great shape, with just a bit of rounding from its 40+ years of existence (I am seeing the bottom front right corner has pulled out of the plastic a little, but I had to scrutinize it to see it, and that open corner is in excellent shape! This is one of the Stones best LPs, including the classics "Miss You", "Some Girls", "Far Away Eyes", "Respectable", "Shattered", "Beast Of Burden", "When The Whip Comes Down" "(Just My) Imagination", "Lies", and the Keith Richards sung "Before They Make Me Run", about his then recent arrest in Canada. The Stones never put out another LP this incredible until "Tattoo You", which included some leftover songs from these "Some Girls" recording sessions. The Stones were definitely on a hot streak here, even adding some disco beats in a subversive way. I remember Rolling Stone magazine originally giving it a poor review, then, in the next issue, the editor / owner of the magazine, retracted the first review then gave it five stars himself! Very seldom does a magazine retract a review, but it was justified, this album is awesome song after song. This is a TOP COPY for collectors, or anyone who wants this LP with the great original cover. Later editions had Lucy et al removed, and the die cut windows where their photo was removed, changed to "Under Construction". Grab it while we've got it, most of our vinyl is rare, or scarce, and things just don't always last for very long. Check out our current feedback to see that you can shop with confidence!

In the case of a warp etc, we will refund you completely, but only if we open it and see the issue before it mails. This is for our financial protection as well as yours.
