Picture sleeves were important marketing tools because they gave fans a free picture of their heroes, and something they could tack up in their bedroom while the record played and played and played.
More often than not, these sleeves have pin holes, tape stains, massive ring wear or seam splits, but not this one.
This is the sleeve & record for the Rolling Stones’ 1964 single “Tell Me” and “I Just Want To Make Love To You.” Two different sides to this sleeve, with the fan club information on one face.
CONDITION: RECORD is NEAR MINT / SLEEVE is VG++ with only minor wear, no seam splits or tears.
