Cover
The Garrod & lofthouse laminated gatefold cover is in near Excellent condition with no stickers or writing..overall very clean!!..the front and back laminate covers have no laminate lifting and just some creases mostly around the edges (the front has a big one in bottom corner).The colour is a lovely creamy colour with no bad ring wear..gorgeous!.The gold leaf around the border edges is unfaded.The inside of the gatefold is mint with no wear.Seams have no splits and just one tiny bit of rubbing on the bottom.The main defect that stops this cover grading stronger is the spine..it is very nice and all the text is readable but there is just a little bit of laminate damage/flaking..but this is minimal and altogether it is a very nice cover
Labels
The unboxed red decca labels are very nice,they have "jt" text on both sides.They are in Near mint condition with just a couple very tiny spindle mark on each side that i could see
Record
The record which comes in a plain white inner and is unwarped is visually in Near excellent condition..if not a full excellent..it has full gloss and shine with no groove wear,in normal light it looks near mint but under very strong light it has hairlines and paper scuffs..but no deep scratches!!.IT PLAYS SUPERB!!!..the tracks play near mint with no loud crackles,pops or any other bad noises and it does of course not stick or jump..just bits of sporadic static between sone tracks.Altogether a fantastic sounding copy that has no sound distortion just crystal clear music..a pleasure to listen to!!
