ROLLING STONES-BRIAN JONES AND BILL WYMAN AUTOGRAPHS 1966 These are two clear autographs of Brian Jones and Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones.They are on the same page of an autograph book with a pink background.On the reverse of the page is the autograph of Tommy Roe a singer Best-remembered for his hits "Sheila" (1962) and "Dizzy" (1969). BRIAN JONES Born Lewis Brian Hopkin Jones on 28thFebruary 1942 and died tragically on 3rd July 1969 at the age of 27. BILL WYMAN Born 24th October 1936 and now aged 81 This pair were part of the original Rolling Stones pop group who rose to fame in the 1960s and still to this day they have a huge universal following.Jones autograph is much sort after and hard to get. PROVENANCE Provenance is everything when it comes to autographs and these autographs have impecible provenance.These signatures were obtained in person by Mr Philip Loxton, doorman at the Capitol Theatre in Cardiff during the 1960s.He acquired the signatures for his youngest sister Cynthia Loxton who died in 2016, the two books were given to the vendor (a family friend) by the Late Ms Loxton's daughter who sold them at an established auction house. The autographs will be carefully removed from the autograph book and the entire page will be sent to the winning bidder.An autograph by Tommy Roe is on the reverse.
