TITLE:  EXILE ON MAIN STREET

YEAR: 1972

CAT NO: COC 69100

LABEL & COLOUR ROLLING STONES/YELLOW

COUNTRY: UK

MATRIX Nos: 1ST PRESS MATRIX: A2/B2/C2/D2

All of my records That I'm selling are from my own personal collection that I have collected and cherished for over 45 years and which have been generally kept and looked after to the highest standard. All Records that I do offer will have NO Warps,Jumps, sticks, writing on covers or labels unless clearly stated in descriptions.

Vinyl Condition: NM The Vinyl on all 4 playing surfaces visually appear to be UNPLAYED virtually clear and UNMARKED with NO Evidence of any Scratches or other Markings that can be seen on any sides all are in Flawless and Exceptional condition the vinyl is completely free from any obvious surface marks or groove wear which is quiet Remarkable and Unbelievable considering the vinyl LPs are 40 years old! On even closer examination under a strong halogen bulb with the disc tilted at an angle you can only then detect and reveals nothing more than a few insignificant mild faint wispy inner sleeve removal line traces that Absolutely doesn’t affect the virtually Perfect Audio Playback The vinyl lays totally flat on a moving turntable - Still retains its original deep gloss black shiny sheen and lustre - It would be near Impossible these days to find a better vinyl copies of this Record that plays without any problems! - It’s a Fantastic Example!!!

Please Note: This record has been stored away and not touched or cleaned for most of its 4o years it would obviously benefit from a professional clean before play as to reduce further any light static crackle that may be still present

AUDIO PLAYBACK ASSESSMENT: - SUPERB UNINTERRUPTED CRYSTAL CLEAR CLARITY AND POWER ON AUDIO PLAYBACK END TO END - Audio is Graded as NM This vinyl visually looks like its never been played and shows NO obvious marks or scratches and looks extremely well cared for and Near Perfect example - There are No major Clicks, pops, skips, jumps or repeats and shows No other annoying audio noise distortions during playback If I'm going to be Ultra Critical whilst listening through the playback you may get occasionally when the very quiet tracks begin to play or on the start of run ins and inbetween tracks and the very quieter elements of audio playback or if at all you may get some very light static crackle for a few seconds and then it just fades away but absolutely nothing of any consequence on this 40 year old Classic that will spoil your overall enjoyment of this exceptional Iconic Classic Album - Overall its just a Fantastic listening Experience that you would expect from the very early Matrix & Mothers on this Pressing with Stunning Stereo delivery and Dynamic Audio performance!!!

Cover Condition: NM Original 1st 1972 Gatefold issue made of thick card that still has a chunky box shape look and is Not flattened - Produced by Shorewood packaging England - The matt finish gatefold of this Superb well kept example still looks absolutely stunning being totally intact and clean showing all its original bold vivid colours and is in amazing well preserved condition showing fantastic unworn edges including the opening edges and great pointed corners  - Visually shows NO drastic problems like bad wear or creasing or any other noticeable bad marks or blemishes to front or back - The total inside of cover is like Mint - The only blemish on the cover is the unavoidable light yellow tinting around the white edges that is associated with the ageing process over the last 40 years (this doesn't in anyway detract from the overall Suberb condition of cover)  This is a highly respectable and collectable 1st Press issue cover which is Solid and Unspoilt – Only showing the Absolutely minimal lightest age wear - NO tears, rips, splits, ink writing or any other bad blemishes.

Labels Condition: NM Visually Superb Unmarked and near perfect with hardly any evidence showing of Spindle usage marks or Trails showing across any of the 4 Labels - Under strong light I can just see 2-3 faint light marks near the spindle holes the actual spindle hole still looks untouched with no obvious wear - Going by the evidence showing It would be fair to assume it has barely had any audio play usage these records have only probably been played only a handful of times and then copied to cassette tape.

Spine Condition: NM The Matt Spine overall is straight clean and intact and very near perfect - All written text still showing to be clear legible and perfectly worded as the very 1st day it was Printed!!! With No signs of any wear or damage to be seen Just Stunning!!!

Inner Sleeves: NM The 2 Original Picture inner sleeves are Pristine and Perfect looking being in superb clean unmarked intact condition and shows no evidence of any bad handling wear over its lifetime - NO Tears,Splits,Ink Writting,Stickers or other bad Blemishes; White die cut dust cover inner sleeves: EX both totally clean inact and undamaged

Postcards: NM The Postcards have never been used have been stored in plastic bag since new and are still all in there original concertina format being Virtually Mint and look like New!!!

I'm currently sorting through some of my other Rarer vinyl records that have been played only a few times which are mainly UK 1st PRESSINGS - Which are mostly in Excellent to Mint Condition - Mainly due to the Covers/Vinyl have been kept in plastic covers and Stored in a Cupboard for all of their Lifetime!!!
