Description

The Rolling Stones 'Hot Rocks' 2 LP compilation from 1971. This is the famed 11-18-71 'Shelly' pressing which contains very different alternate versions of 'Wild Horses' & 'Brown Sugar' than you may be used to hearing. Upon it's release,unfinished versions of these 2 tracks were mistakenly pressed on the first U.S. run of this LP. These versions are unavailable elsewhere and have never been officially/commercially released.Owning an original 1st press copy of the 11-18-71 'Shelly' pressing is still to this day the only way to own these obscure alternate versions.Cover is graded VG w/'211 reasons' insert pamphlet.Vinyl is graded VG-. Shows a good amount of light marks/scuffing.Nothing deep or feelable.Some light surface noise is audible which never overpowers the music.Please understand these conditions before buying.Very rare vintage Stones collectible which in recent years has become extremely scarce to find in any condition.Pricing reflects it's rarity and status as a highly desirable Rolling Stones collectable--Thanks for your interest and Good Luck.
