TITLE:  LET IT BLEED

YEAR: 1969

CAT NO: LK  5025

LABEL & COLOUR  DECCA  RED MONO

COUNTRY: UK

MATRIX Nos:  1ST PRESS MATRIX: 1A & 2A

All of my records That I'm selling are from my own personal collection that I have collected and cherished for over 45 years and which have been generally kept and looked after to the highest standard. All Records that I do offer will have NO Warps,Jumps, sticks, writing on covers or labels unless clearly stated in descriptions.

Vinyl Condition: NM The Vinyl on both playing surfaces visually appear to be UNPLAYED virtually clear and UNMARKED with NO Evidence of any Scratches or other Markings that can be seen both sides are in Flawless and Exceptional condition the vinyl is completely free from any obvious surface marks or groove wear which is quiet Remarkable and Unbelievable considering this vinyl LP is 43 years old! On even closer examination under a strong halogen bulb with the disc tilted at an angle you can only then detect and reveals nothing more than a few  insignificant mild faint wispy inner sleeve removal line traces that Absolutely doesn’t affect the virtually Perfect Audio Playback  The vinyl  lays totally flat on a moving turntable - Still retains its original deep gloss black shiny sheen and lustre - It would be near Impossible these days to find a better vinyl copy of this Record that plays without any problems! - It’s a Fantastic Example!!!

Please Note: This record has been stored away and not touched or cleaned for most of its 43 years it would obviously benefit from a professional clean  before play as to reduce further any light static crackle that may be still present

AUDIO PLAYBACK ASSESSMENT:  - SUPERB UNINTERRUPTED CRYSTAL CLEAR CLARITY AND POWER ON AUDIO PLAYBACK END TO END Audio is Graded as EX-NM This vinyl visually looks like its never been played and shows NO obvious marks or scratches and  looks extremely  well cared for and Near Perfect example - There are No major Clicks, pops, skips, jumps or repeats and shows No other annoying  audio noise distortions during playback If I'm going to be Ultra Critical whilst listening through the playback you may get occasionally when the very quiet tracks begin to play or on the start of run ins and inbetween tracks and the very quieter elements of audio playback or if at all  you may get some very light static crackle for a few seconds and then it just fades away but absolutely nothing of any consequence on this 37 year old Classic  that will spoil your overall enjoyment of this exceptional Iconic Classic Album - Overall  its just a Fantastic listening Experience that you would expect from the VERY 1ST  MOTHERS on this Pressing with Stunning Stereo overall Dynamic Audio performance!!!

Cover Condition: EX  Original 1st issue dated 1969 printed on back of cover with Front Laminated in 'Clarifoil'  cover Printed in England by James Upton - Complete with Rare Poster Sticker totally intact) - The Glossy Laminate front on this well kept example still looks stunning being totally intact Flat and clean showing all its original bold vivid colours and is in amazing well Superb condition showing fantastic unworn edges including opening edges with good pointed corners and exceptional Laminate front - That visually shows NO drastic problems like Laminate lift wear or bad creasing or any other noticeable bad marks or blemishes apart from some light corner bump compression on the bottom corners only - The Back of cover is in quiet remarkable clean condition and been well preserved over the years considering this panel is not covered by Laminate and is just a matt card finish and only showing very light minimal handling wear over the years with a few small light surface discolouration/stain blemishes around the edges(this doesn't in anyway detract from the overall excellent condition of cover) - They are usually found to be in a terrible state full of crinkled creases & cracks across the front laminate and the Back matt panel showing to be worn & marked - This cover is in excellent overall condition with very little fault showing only very few small light  ageing blemishes to be seen here and there(this doesn't in anyway detract from the overall excellent condition of cover) This is a highly respectable and collectable 1st Press issue cover which is Solid and Unspoilt – Only showing the Absolutely minimal lightest wear - NO tears, rips, splits, ink writing or any other bad  blemishes.

Labels Condition: NM Visually Superb Unmarked and near perfect with hardly any evidence showing of Spindle usage marks or Trails showing across any of the Labels - Under strong light I can just see 2-3 faint light marks near the spindle hole the actual spindle hole still looks untouched with no obvious wear - Going by the evidence showing It would be fair to assume it has barely had any audio play usage this record has only probably been played only a handful of times and then copied to cassette tape.

Spine Condition: EX The laminated spine overall is clean intact and near perfect - All written text still showing to be clear legible and perfectly worded with the only signs of any wear is some light rub wear at each end of spine

Inner Sleeve: EX+ The Original Decca Censored version ' LET IT BLEED' Red Mono Poly-lined sleeve is in superb clean unmarked intact condition  and shows no evidence of any bad handling wear over its lifetime -  NO Tears,Splits,Ink Writting,Stickers or other bad Blemishes only the usual light corner creases

Poster: NM The Poster has never been used and hardly ever been opened and stored inside the cover and is in virtually Perfect Condition

I'm currently sorting through some of my other Rarer vinyl records that have been played only a few times which are mainly UK 1st  PRESSINGS - Which are mostly in Excellent to Mint Condition - Mainly due to the Covers/Vinyl have been kept in plastic covers and Stored in a Cupboard for all of their Lifetime!!!

Thanks for Looking and Happy Bidding!!!

Vinyl Condition:Nr MINT Looks Unplayed and Unmarked! The Vinyl on both playing surfaces appear to be Pefect! in strong daylight both sides are Stunning and Flawless and visually vinyl looks UNPLAYED and are completely free from any surface marks or wear/blemishes totally UNMARKED on even closer examination under a strong halogen bulb it's very hard to find or detect any marks at all on this exceptional near perfect vinyl disc If I'm going to be over critical and you look hard enough it only just about reveals nothing more than some insignificant very feint mild wispy inner sleeve removal traces that absolutely doesn’t effect the virtually Perfect Audio Playback - The vinyl still retains its original factory pressed look with jet black shiny gloss sheen and lustre - It would be virtually impossible to find vinyl that will better this one!!!

AUDIO PLAYBACK ASSESSMENT: - SUPERB UNINTERRUPTED CRYSTAL CLEAR CLARITY AND POWER ON AUDIO PLAYBACK END TO END - Audio is Graded as NR.MINT - This vinyl visually looks like it’s barely been played over its lifetime and very carefully and appears to have No marks or blemishes across the vinyl surfaces and shows NO heavy marks or scratches still looks a Stunning near Flawless example - There are No loud Clicks, pops, skips, jumps or repeats and shows No other annoying audio noise distortions during playback If I'm going to be Ultra Critical whilst listening through the playback you may get occasionally when the very quiet tracks begin to play or on the start of run ins and in-between tracks and the very quieter elements of audio playback or if at all you may get some very light static dust crackle for a second or two and then it just fades away but absolutely nothing of any consequence on this 44 year old Classic that will spoil your overall enjoyment of this exceptional Iconic Classic Album - Overall it’s just a Fantastic listening Experience that comes from this near Perfect Dynamic Mono Audio performance that you would expect from a very respectable early 1st MONO pressing!!!

Please Note: This record has been stored away and not touched or cleaned for most of its 44 years it would obviously benefit from a professional clean before play as to reduce further any light dust static crackle that is still present

Labels Condition: Nr MINT The Original Grooved Red Decca (unboxed) Labels in a Bold Vibrant red colour with pristine Silver written text looks virtually Unmarked and Exceptional well preserved and near Perfect condition with NO written Ink markings showing or any other bad wear or blemishes - Visually there is only very light evidence under a bright angled light that shows a few spindle usage marks/spider trails near the center spindle hole on each side of the labels - Only under bright light does it then show some light usage wear around the spindle hole and some light mild spindle spider trails close to the spindle hole - It's very evident that when the LP was occasionally ever played during the early years it was done so very carefully that it only shows minimal evidence that can be seen of Audio play usage

Cover Condition: EX+ An Original Garrod & Lofthouse Laminated Gatefold sleeve cover - The superb Glossy Laminate on this near pristine example shines like its near 'New' - That's totally intact and near perfect - The cover Looks to be virtually unmarked with NO laminate lifting or wear problems - Flat crisp and very clean with excellent straight edges and corners and showing all its original bold vivid written text across both sides of the cover - Inside gatefold the cover picture of the 'Stones Banquet' looks like Mint! (Like New) - The only blemishes I can find if you look hard is a little and very light storage edge scuff wear along the opening edges and a hint of yellowing on cover due to the ageing process I do mean light! And is not that noticeable - This doesn't in anyway detract from the overall superb and exceptional condition of cover which is one of the best that I have seen for many a year!!!

Spine Condition: EX+ The spine is clean intact and near perfect - Fully laminated with all written text still showing to be bold clear legible and perfectly worded with all laminate still covering the length of spine

Inner Sleeve: EX Original Decca white with Blue text polylined Record company sleeve is still in excellent overall condition very clean intact condition and shows no evidence of any real handling wear over its lifetime - Absolutely NO Tears,Splits,Ink Writting,Stickers or other Blemishes apart from a little yellow aging tinges around the white edges and light corner creasing

The overall Brilliant Pristine condition of this Album is mainly due to the superb dry storage conditions and thick plastic cover protection on this LP Record over its Lifetime!!!
