RONETTES Presenting The Fabulous Ronettes 1964 LP

On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Ronettes called 'Presenting The Fabulous Ronettes Featuring Veronica' and is a UK 1964 Original on the slightly later Black London label (dating from around 1966/67 - and equally as rare as the Plum Label)!!!! Interestingly this LP still has 1B/1B matrixes (the earliest possible) - so clearly this is a VERY early black label pressing indeed!!!!  THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE LP INDEED AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO LOCATE!!!!  THIS IS THE 1964 UK ORIGINAL ON THE BLACK LONDON LABEL, ORIGINAL 'HANDLING/PLAYING' INNER SLEEVE, AND 1ST PRESS 'JAMES UPTON' LAMINATED COVER!!!!  THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND - SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!! This is the ORIGINAL UK pressing from 1964 and is in GREAT condition (though not Mint)!!!! The Cat. No is HA-U 8212 on the ORIGINAL Black London label (see picture) and is a 1964 MONO pressing!!!! All the tracks are Pure quality Ronettes at their best!!!! Any fan of The Ronettes, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!!  The vinyl is in GREAT condition overall - though there is one slight defect (mentioned below).  Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO scratches, 1 obvious scuff mark, 2 or 3 light hairlines, a few light and NON sounding small scufflines and only a VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under light!!!!  THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ALL OF ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is great to find that the playing of the record is as STUNNING as the visual!!!!  It plays with NO sticking, NO jumps, and barely ANY crackle!!!! HOWEVER the obvious 'scuff mark' does cause a few pops right at the end of 'I Wonder' and also some pops in the next track 'What'd I Say' - though the rest of the record is virtually click and pop FREE!!!!  And this is a bit of shame as without this 1 mark this record would EASILY grade Very Good++++.  However with this mark I am going to downgrade this record to Good++++ (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better - though most of this record plays WAY Above this grading with STUNNING sound!!!! There is NO distortion on this record and NO groovewear either!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!!  The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!!  The 1st Press Laminated Cover is in BRILLIANT condition overall with one exception (see below)!!!!  There is NO edge wear, NO spinal wear, VERY shiny laminate, only a few light creases (cover is still VERY flat looking), only slight corner wear, and NO writing!!!! The opening edge is beautifully straight with NO feathering!!!! THE COVER FRONT ON THIS LP REALLY DOES LOOK BRILLIANT!!!!  Even the unlaminated back is in BRILLIANT condition (apart from 1 exception) with NO writing, NO grubbyness, NO rubbing and NO yellowing!!!! HOWEVER there are 2 stains on the reverse of the cover - and while the one at the top is small and insignificant - there is a larger stain in the bottom left hand corner.  And again this is a bit of shame as without these 2 stains this cover would EASILY grade Very Good++++ if not better!!!!  However with these 2 stains I am going to downgrade this cover to Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) if not better - and I think this cover FULLY deserves this grading as overall (especially the cover front) this cover is in BRILLIANT condition!!!!  THIS LP MAY NOT BE MINT, BUT IT IS SERIOUSLY RARE - AND IT STILL PLAYS BRILLIANTLY OVERALL & HAS A STUNNING COVER FRONT!!!!  AND IT IS CERTAINLY AN EXTREMELY RARE CHANCE FOR SOMEONE TO OWN THIS INCREDIBLY RARE LP AT A MUCH CHEAPER PRICE THAN THE MASSIVE PRICE OF A MINT COPY!!!!  SO DONT MISS OUT ON THIS MEGA RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!
