This RARE Modern Soul Funk LP record by Ronnie McNeir, titled "Love's Comin' Down," is a first pressing from 1976 on the Motown record label. The 12" vinyl in excellent (EX) condition comes in a cardboard sleeve with a very good plus (VG+) sleeve grading ( light ringwear ; see pics). The album showcases soul, disco, rare soul, and funk genres with a mix of 1960s, 1970s, and crossover soul styles. This collectible piece of music history from the United States embodies the essence of classic Motown sound and is a must-have for any vinyl enthusiast or collector.
