Description
RONNIE MILSAP BEST Of Cracker Barrel EXCLUSIVE DARK RED Vinyl Record NEW SEALED.
This is a brand new and sealed copy of the rare "Cracker Barrel Exclusive" dark red vinyl version of the Craft Recordings "Best of Ronnie Milsap" vinyl LP. I have 3 copies of this LP and have kept one for myself. This particular copy has VERY SLIGHT sleeve edge damage (was this way in the strore) shown in the photo - it is hardly noticeable and was even hard to capture in a photograph but in the interest of full disclosure I wanted to document it in the listing. I am reducing the listing price of this item by $5.00 because of this slight imperfection.
IMPORTANT: The photos of the actual disc in the listing are of MY COPY, not the copy you will be receiving - the copy I am selling in this listing is still factory sealed. The photos of the dead wax are likely to be the same on the copy I am selling but I cannot guarantee that since I am not opening the sleeve. The records were all bought at exactly the same time so it is very likely they are identical.
In the dead wax photos above you can see that the lacquer was cut by "Well Made Music" which is a well regarded mastering studio - you can read more about them at here: wellmademusic.net
BONUS:
I will include a Mobile Fidelity "MoFi" plastic sleeve for free with your item that you can use to replace the paper sleeve -- I highly recommend that since the paper sleeves can cause dust and damage to the album over time with removal and insertion each time you play it. The MoFi plastic sleeves are FANTASTIC and highly recommended.
Notes: My copy of this album sounds great. Any Ronnie Milsap fan will truly enjoy this record. Do note that on my copy the center hole was slightly undersized for my turntable and fit on a little tightly, this copy is likely to not even have that issue - it is impossible to tell without opening it. I enlarged the center hole by using a wooden pencil and it is fine now -- this is not an uncommon problem with vinyl records and will vary record-to-record and with turntables as the size of the center spindle can vary by a few thousandths making the fit snug.
