It’s an ORIGINAL UK issue…NOT a French, USA or foreign copy.
Written by Beatle George Harrison, Ronettes lead singer Ronnie Spector and released in 1971, it’s an underrated single – a superb Harrison composition described as “"a typically Harrisonian hymn to his Lord".
B side is a completely different – a medium 12-bar rockabilly thing….great!
Backing musicians include: George Harrison – Guitar,vocals / Phil Spector – Piano / Gary Wright – keyboards / Jim Gordon (Derek and the Dominos) – drums / Klaus; Voormann and Carl Radle alternating on bass / and Badfinger's Pete Ham on second guitar / Leon Russell – piano / John Barham – orchestral and choral arrangements.
You could pay a staggering £20.00 for a foreign copy elsewhere on eBay....or get this ORIGINAL UK one for less!
