This record is in near mint condition. It does have some light spindle marks visible on the labels but neither side has pen marks, scuffs or any other damage such as stains or fading. The centres are not loose or worn and show only minor wear. Overall the labels are clean, bright and in excellent condition.
As for the vinyl itself, both sides are beautifully clean with little to nothing showing in normal light. There is a few thin really minor light wispy lines visible under bright light but hardly anything and of course nothing remotely deep or serious. So overall the record is in superb condition, has a stunning lustre and shows little to nothing on its playing surfaces.
I play tested the record and it played near perfectly and sounded superb throughout with excellent clarity and minimal surface noise or interference(traces in the original recordings in parts). It lays flat, there is no movement in the record arm and the sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. Overall it was a pleasure to play test and produced audio of great quality and excellent clarity throughout with no serious issues to report.
The sleeve is in very good condition. It has wear and rubbing to the edges and corners with the writing along the spine now no longer legible. There are no splits or weak areas anywhere however and no tears or pen marks. There is however a scuff on the rear in the top right corner. There is also a light sticker removal mark on the front in the top left corner area. Both sides also have some ring marks showing and there is a few minor creases to the laminated front. The rear has age related grubbiness and discolouring. This is not extreme but the white areas do show grubbiness and foxing in places. Overall a solid sleeve with no major structural issues but with the age related wear and the scuff as mentioned. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible on its condition.
It includes its original plain white poly-lined inner which is in excellent- condition. This has no splits, tears or pen marks but has some creasing and age related discolouring/grubbiness. I will therefore send the record in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure it remains clean and fresh.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
