After Sales Service: Most sellers consider a transaction is complete once the item is posted out, however I believe that the sale is not complete until you receive your goods and you are happy with it. I get proof of postage certificates from the post office, a copy is available by e-mail on request from the buyer on the rare occasion when an item is lost in the post.
