Description

This is a Decca Wideband UK 1969 original pressing SXL 6426.
Mstilav Rostropovich and Benjamin Britten perform Schubert's and Bridge's Sonatas.
These are rightly acclaimed to be classic performances by these two great musicians.
This is the first pressing with the unboxed Decca logo and 1W/3W matrices.
Vinyl on both sides is Ex+.
Audio play through reveals an amazing clear full sound with no distortion or surface noise.
The cover is a strong VG with some creasing and also mild discolouration to rear.
Labels are Ex with minor spindle marks.
The original inner sleeve present in VG condition.

Overall a great copy of this rare release..
