ROSTROPOVITCH /RICHTER BEETHOVEN SONATAS DUTCH PHILIPS HI-FI STEREO 2 LP BOX SET
Mstislav Rostropovitch, ‘cello accompanied by Sviatoslav Richter at the piano play Beethoven: Sonatas for Piano and Cello – Rare Original Dutch First 2 LP Box Set on Philips 835182/83 AY with Dark Maroon Hi-Fi Stereo labels and Hi-Fi Stereo logo on the box. Includes the original booklet, which has some few small notes by pen – Box Condition: VG+ (some stain on the lower left corner) / Record Condition: Record 1: Side 1: VG+ (some light surface hairline scratches; Side 2: VG (some light surface scratches, one slightly feelable scratch on the first track) / Record 2: VG+ (some light surface scuffs/hairlines). They still play through very nicely without skipping, with some more or less frequent/more or less intense background ticks, and still very enjoyable to listen, in my view.
