NOTE: This is the extremely rare first recording by Jazz-Trombonist Roswell Rudd. While attending Yale, Rudd was one of the six jazzmen that made up The Yale Dixieland Band, who were chosen by George Avakian for Columbia's ongoing College Jazz Series. Rudd used the shorter--and presumably cooler--pseudonym of "Roz Rudd" on this LP. While Rudd was the only member of this excellent band to go onto solo jazz success, trumpeter Lee Lorenz became famous as a Political/Social Cartoonist for The New Yorker.

Vinyl: EX condition; glossy deepgroove vinyl; very nice! just some superficial sleeve/handling marks, but nothing that can be felt; sounds excellent!
