RARE UK first pressing of Roxy Music`s classic album "Country Life" on Island Records (November 1974). 
"Continuing with the stylistic developments of Stranded, Country Life finds Roxy Music at the peak of their powers, alternating between majestic, unsettling art rock and glamorous, elegant pop/rock. At their best, Roxy Music combine these two extremes, like on the exhilarating opener "The Thrill of It All," but Country Life benefits considerably from the ebb and flow of the group's two extremes, since it showcases their deft instrumental execution and their textured, enthralling songwriting. And, in many ways, Country Life offers the greatest and most consistent set of Roxy Music songs, illustrating their startling depth. MINT- COVER. Original sleeve in very fine all-round condition. Please see photos for details.
- A few minor creases to the spine.
- Also includes the original inner sleeve/lyric sheet in EX++ condition.

EX+ RECORD with only minor signs of previous play.
- Very fine vinyl on both sides, with near-impeccable audio reproduction throughout.
- Occasional background crackle in between some tracks.
- A bit of hairlining, mostly from sleeve removal.
- Original pink-rimmed Island Records labels with a bit of spindle wear.
- The matrix stamps in the run-off grooves read "ILPS 9303 A - 2" and "ILPS 9303 B - 1".
- This record is certified to be a UK first pressing of Roxy Music`s "Country Life", released in November 1974.
