Description

I inherited this Lp from my dad who was a radio dj for over 50 years. This is one of many Lps he brought home from the radio station. There are two stamps on the back of the sleeve near the slot edge: "RW"  and  "INSP BY.." that I believe may indicate it was a demo record. The record plays through fine but there is consistent level of surface noise noticeable throughout the recording. I believe it is just how the record was manufactured, not due to particular wear of this disk. There are some light scuffs and very light hairlines and some spindle marks, but the disk plays fine with just an occasional pop here and there. "RVG" is stamped in the deadwax. The laminated sleeve presents as a VG+/excellent with nice shine. Corners are not creased but there is a tiny bit of shelf wear to each corner. The spine and other edges are in great shape. There are no seam splits. There is the tiniest bit ring wear on the front if you look closely and none on the back. The sleeve does have a bit of a curve to it which could probably be corrected with good storage/pressure. Please see all pics. The inner sleeve is present but is starting to split a bit in the middle of each side. Record will be shipped in proper Lp mailer with stiffeners, poly sleeve for the vinyl and corner protection.
