Description

ROY ORBISON - "LONELY & BLUE" - Monument  M 4002.

First U.S. pressing - gold, black & white label.

NOTE - the 1st 2 photos each show a different portion of the front cover (they were done on a scanner -  couldn't show the whole cover at one time).

A scarce LP - Roy's 1st, (the Sun Records LP was released after he hit it big on Monument), with "ONLY THE LONELY", "BLUE ANGEL", and more. The front cover has a great photo of Roy (no glasses) sitting in his convertible at a drive-in eatery. The back cover has another photo of Roy, and great liner notes by Boudleaux Bryant.

Vinyl is VG+ to VG++

The cover is Mint Minus. Minor surface wear (small light scratches) on the front cover. No seam splits or writing.
