ROY ORBISON'S FIRST RECORD AND A RARE 78rpm COLLECTIBLE. THIS ONE WAS RECORDED IN 1956 AND IT IS ON THE ORIGINAL CANADIAN QUALITY LABEL # 1499 Songs Are: OOBY DOOBY & GO! GO! GO!. THIS ONE IS LISTED AS IT'S A RARE RECORD BUT VERY LITTLE SHINE AT ALL WITH A LOT OF SCUFFS AND SCRATCHES AND AN EDGE CHIP THAT IS NOT INTO THE PLAYING GROOVES. IT STILL PLAYS LOUD AND STRONG WITH LITTLE BACKGROUND NOISE AND GRADES AS A VG- ONLY BUT WOULD BE GREAT FOR THAT JUKE BOX. (Book value shows $250 - $350). These Collectible 78's are getting very hard to find anymore, and the good ones are quickly becoming scarce.
