Description

ORIGINAL PRESSING

Original 1st pressing of the major rarity... Roy Orbison at the Rock House. It is priced for the excellent shape cover as the record is unfortunately cracked (thank you United States Postal Service). Cracked from the spindle hole all the way to the edge so don't even think about it. The cover, however, is still in great shape with no major seam splits or writing. It has a 1/4 inch spot at the front top left and the edge opening has some wear (see photos). I will include the LP if you wish, but it really should only be used as a display piece and not played. maybe you have a record with no cover or a nice shape record with trashy cover, so maybe this nice shape cover is for you.

 (SEE PHOTOS).

MY GRADING SCALE

All records are SIGHT graded NOT play graded. A "scuff" is defined as being created by probably sliding the record in and out of the inner sleeve or cover. Scuffs may sound as a crackle on playback during quiet passages and probably not heard at all during loud passages. A "small scratch" is defined as having been created by the needle itself and in most cases will be heard as a pop upon playback. With a "large scratch," the record may or may not skip or hang up depending on the tracking force, anti skate settings on your turntable.

10 (MINT)..Looks like it was just opened.

9 (MINT MINUS).. A few scuffs with no discernible scratches.

8 (EXCELLENT)..A few scuffs with one or two miniscule scratches per side; record still has plenty of gloss.

7 (VG+).. Scuffs and a few minor scratches per side; record still has plenty of gloss.

6 (VG)..Record has scuffs and small scratches; still has some gloss.

5 (GOOD +)..Record has numerous small scratches and a few large scratches.

4 (GOOD)..Record has numerous small scratches and numerous large scratches.

3 (GOOD -)..Numerous scratches with very little gloss.

2 (POOR +)..Numerous scratches that may not play through.

1 (POOR) ..I don't usually sell records in this condition unless it is very rare.

Why buy from someone else and risk your record being destroyed in transit because they did not pack well? Look at my excellent feedback concerning packing.

ATTENTION:

Against my better judgement, I am going to sell to international buyers again after a hiatus of about a year. All my records will be sold to international buyers AS IS meaning NO RETURNS for any reason what so ever. International buyers must contact me via EBAY contact message and agree to the above policy before I will sell to you. After agreeing to the AS IS/NO RETURNS policy, I will then release the purchasing block placed on your country. Thanks.
