TITLE/ARTIST: Hello and please continue to check out all current and future listings as everything from my personal collection will eventually come up for sale - records from the '50's, '60's, and much, much more - all "oldies" and all in great condition! Here is one of those extremely rare and highly collectible LP`s by early R'n'R/Rock-A-Billy superstar, Roy Orbison, from 1961. It's another album of mine I once thought would never leave my collection - it's just that nice and so very hard to find anymore - especially in this kind of condition. It is in outstanding overall condition - BOTH the vinyl and the jacket - but please read on because it isn't quite perfect. This album - his very 1st - is entitled "Roy Orbison At The Rock House" and was recorded in 1961. All of the titles are visible in the pictures above - all songs are in MONO and all are in outstanding shape (please see the pictures above). LABEL INFO: This original, Sun Label (LP 1260) is in great shape with no serious issues - I see only a few light spindle lines around the center circle, which indicates to me that it had minimum play time. VINYL INFO: Likewise, the vinyl is also primarily very shiny, clean, and nice with again, nothing in serious need of any mention - although it isn't quite perfect. It looks really shiny and clean with perhaps just a few extremely light surface/paper lines on either side in any need of mentioning. But again, to my eyes it is nothing too serious at all. JACKET INFO: Finally, the jacket is also very, very clean and nice - there are just a couple very small scuff marks in the corners - but again, nothing all that serious, believe me. Other than this, I see no other really visible flaws - maybe just some early "aging", but nothing I'd really see as a bad flaw. INTERESTING FACTS: Yes, this extremely hard to find, highly collectible LP is in very nice condition for what it is to collectors - so please have at it and continue to check this site for more great conditioned "oldies" from my personal collection. As I have already mentioned, over time I am selling off my entire collection, and there are 100's more to get to yet -- of all genre's, speeds, and varieties. Many of these still to be listed records are rare and hard to find, and most all of them are in near mint shape. So again, please bookmark my site and check it out from time to time.
