RUDY POMPILLI & THE COMETS – RUDY’S ROCK “The Sax That Changed The World” – Sonet SNTF 696.

 

A British pressing of this hard to find LP recorded in 1975. This was to be Ruudy’s first and only solo LP.

Pompilli’s sax playing with Bill Haley and the Comets helped revolutionize rock ‘n’ roll. He was one of the true originals of rock’s first era.

 

The record is in EX condition. A handful of small, very light sleeve marks that don’t affect playing or listening enjoyment. It sounds great. The cover is EX. A touch of light storage wear on the back and a couple of small corner dings.

A nice copy.
