PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER).  OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.


WILDLY RARE Howie Weinberg mastered Hauppauge gatefold pressing from 198? on Mercury's skyscraper label with Lakeside Park misspelt as Lakeside Part on the side 1 label and the number 53 printed with AND without italics at the start of the upper label rim text on both sides!!!  Release year is uncertain as there isn't single entry for this pressing anywhere in the massive, sprawling Discogs database whatsoever.  THAT'S how you know it's rare.  I have had well over 30 copies of this LP pass through my hands in my 40+ years of collecting and selling and I have never seen this variant before.  Ever.  Supremely rare.  LP is a beautiful near mint minus.  Cover is VG+ with a bit of ring.  A very nice copy of this rarity so don't sleep Rush collectors.
