From my personal collection, this is Rush - Caress of Steel on 1LP Black Vinyl. This copy is the 2015 pressing which was Mastered by Sean Magee at Abbey Road Studios in 2014 and uses DMM cutting.

The gatefold is in excellent condition with no seam splits, marks or corner bends.

The record has only ever been played once through on a Notts Analogue deck and Linn Adikt cart, back upon my original purchase.
 
The LP is in very good condition. There is a very small scratch/scuff mark on Side A (please see photo), during track 3 Lakeside Park. Upon playback it does have a couple of recurring rotational pops during that section. The rest of the LP surface across both sides look generally clean.

Playback is generally excellent (bar the very small section outlined above). There are some very light surface noise and the odd ticks in places but overall a nice sounding pressing.

It also comes with the download code sheet but that has likely expired by now so not included in the sale as a working part (included only to keep the package complete).

It will be packaged well for delivery in a proper LP mailer.
