This is the 1978 first pressing and sealed album of Rush entitled, "Hemispheres". This original first pressing album is on Mercury Records SRM-1-3743. This is a tough album to find out there still sealed and in really nice shape, always has been. Overall in EX condition and a tough find!
Tight sealed shrink all around complete album. Upper left corner clipped from in-store discount and a little shrink fray around area, but very clean and other three corners really nice. No holes, gouges, dings or stains to album cover. Typical hint of ring wear from LP and inserts. Beautiful hype sticker on front cover stating that the sealed LP contains a 4 Color Poster. Typical hint of ring wear outline from enclosed LP on front and back cover (see photos). All-in-all a very nicely sealed Rush LP in EX condition.
I remember seeing Rush on this "Hemispheres" tour in Detroit and they were on fire, having previously released "All The World's a Stage", "2112", "Farewell to Kings", "Caress of Steel", "Fly By Night" and "Rush" so you can imagine the great song list that they played. Such a tremendous album and it takes me back to the later 70's in my mind. This is a fantastic find and a great sealed LP for your collection.
I have described this total LP as accurately as possible and it will be a fantastic addition to any collector's records. I'm quite strict about my grading.
