THIS WAS A VERY LIMITED RELEASE OF ONLY 500 COPIES PRESSED WORLDWIDE WHICH SOLD OUT VERY QUICKLY

THE VINYL IS IN EXCELLENT++ CONDITION WITH A NICE SHINE. THERE IS ONLY 1 VERY LIGHT SUPERFICIAL SURFACE SCRATCH ON THE B-SIDE THAT DOESN'T AFFECT PLAY. NOTHING MUCH AT ALL.

KILLER POPCORN R&B TRACKS !

Two popcorn a-bombs from the undisputed queen of R&B sass herself - Miss Ruth Brown. 'Sweet Baby Of Mine' is a super infectious swinger with a snappy plodding riff and that classic, slick mid-50s Atlantic production sound. Not forgetting of course Ruth Brown's near unrivalled vocals. On the flip, the slower and lower ballad 'I Don't Know', a bluesy lament set to cooly under-stated backing. This is the slightly more orchestral LP version - appearing on 45 for the first time. Two pieces of popcorn R&B so sweet and hot the poor wax they're pressed on can barely contain them!
