The Israeli-born Navon still sings. But now, as a Chassidic woman, she performs for women only.
she sings in English, Hebrew, Yiddish and Ladino, on this, her first LP, she sings two songs in English, the rest in Hebrew.
Ruthi was named one of the 100 most important singers in Israel's cultural history by Radio Hazak, an American-based radio station that plays Israeli music. Navon's "Netzach Yisrael Lo Yeshaker" was the centerpiece of the country's Independence Day concert

Condition is expressed as two abbreviations, seperated by a slash. The first refers to the Vinyl / Disc and the second to the Sleeve / Outer. The abbreviations I use are as follows:

M (Mint), EX (Excellent), VG (Very Good), G (Good), F (Fair), B (Bad).

For example: EX/VG indictaes that the record is in Excellent condition and the sleeve is in Very Good condition.

Grading Definitions

EX: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and the contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

The vast majority of items I list are in Excellent or Very Good condition.  I only use the 'Mint' grading for items with no visible flaws at all, so many of my excellent items are in near mint condition.  Occasionally I list rare items in lesser conditions.

The market is only 3 minutes walk from the station. As you exit station, follow road up, staying on the right till you get to main road, cross road towards Cafe Java, turning to left and walk 50 meters down the road. The market is down a lane, just after Bear Market Cafe, there will be plenty of signs. Wander through the market pass the Art, Antiques, Cake stands and Face painting. Further on you will find me in Superhero Shop No 55 in the middle of the market facing PURE Foods who bake Gluten Free Breads, Cakes and Cereals.
