Description

RUTS - IN A RUT / H-EYES - Original 7" Vinyl record issued in 1979 on the PEOPLES UNITE record label.  


PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AND EXAMINE THE PICTURES:::

This is the original (limited to 1000 copies) pressing of Ruts' debut single 'In A Rut' purchased by me on release back in 1979. There is a chip on the outer edge of the record, which ends just before the second run-in groove. The 'playing' grooves are not affected. I have taken pictures of both sides of the record and a close up of the actual chipped area so you can see the fault as clearly as my very limited camera skills will allow.

If it wasn't for this fault I would grade the record as Excellent Minus, but because of it I can only grade the record as Very Good. Plain white sleeve.

The matrix numbers etched in the run out grooves are ~  Side A:  SJP795A ....  LYN6206 .... EG .... Bilbo.  Side B: SJP795B .... LYN6207 .... EG .... Bilbo


 Grading is in accordance with the Record Collector guide – However if you are unhappy with my grading then a refund will be given upon return of the record.
