Description

Clarence Williams' Washboard Band plays a hot one entitled "(Oh !

Baby) What Makes Me Love You So" on 78rpm Electric OKeh 8752.

Great vocal refrain by Clarence.


On the reverse side, they play "You Don't Understand" with Clarence

again doing the vocal refrain.


James P. Johnson is sitting in on piano and celeste.


Both sides were done in New York on November 19, 1929.


The record is in excellent to excellent-plus (E to E+) condition.


These Electric OKehs often play great even when in marginal

condition, and of course a nice clean one such as this, plays like a

dream!
