Description

This is an original paper sleeve for a 78 rpm "PARAMOUNT THE POPULAR RACE RECORD". The front of the sleeve has images of some of the performers : Ida Cox, Alberta Hunter, Norfolk Jazz Quartet, Madam Ma Rainey, Lovie Austin, and Edmonia Henderson. The back of the sleeve lists some of the records by these artists, and also lists records from other artists : Madam Tartt Lawrence, Madam Hurd Fairfax, Horace George's Jubilee Harmonizers, Paramount Jubilee Singers, Carrol Clark, and Edna Hicks. Condition is very good plus, please see photos for details, no rips or tears. A great original sleeve for a 78 rpm PARAMOUNT RACE RECORD. Sleeve comes matted and framed, but is easily removed. Frame is for protection and longevity of sleeve to help keep it preserved.
