Description

An original 1995 1st press of the 12 Inch Single AA Remix. Matrix A1/B1. Worth noting that many 12 inch singles are pressed on flimsy vinyl. This 12 inch is pressed on heavy-duty vinyl [no flex]..it means business! Note also how the labels have the red £ symbol exhibiting - this is confirmation the single was pressed in 1995. The vinyl comes housed in an original cover which has a limited number in the top left corner [4566].
Vinyl (Ex) In lovely condition and has only seen relatively light use. Under close inspection there are a few superficial marks per side - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals an EXCELLENT level of playback. Truly high quality sound. This will have been pressed within a month from the masters. And EMI knew how to press great records. The audio quality is excellent. If you love your bass...crank it up! Beautifully resolved low-frequency tones. Lovely sharp snappy percussion at the high end. Sounds great. All I could pick up were a few light crackles early in the intros to each side. ie. practically nothing.
Cover (Ex) In better condition than many are surfacing like these days. I think it's harder to find 12 inch single covers in decent condition than their 12 inch LP cousins. This one HAS been looked after. Very nice clean front with just a couple of crease over toward the opening. Ditto the rear - very nice indeed. There's some light edge wear but nothing that noticeable. The spine looks good, but has compressed a little at certain points. There's a bit of light wear, but most of the text is still legible. Overall the cover still retains excellent rigidity.
