Limited Edition 10" Picture Disc

 
Self-released by dj Shadow in 2004, this brilliant remix starts with
a sparse & punchy breakbeat while samples of George W. Bush bounce
back and forth through the intro. Listening to Thom Yorke's haunting lullaby
float over Shadow's dark and urgent stabs while watching Dick Cheney's
bloody-mouthed, crimson-eyed, horned mug do slow cartwheels on your
turntable is a disquieting and slightly surreal experience to be sure.
Most copies of this extremely limited press were handed out to fellow djs
and personal friends, with only a couple-hundred prized and coveted
copies making their way into the indebted hands of a few fortunate fans
via his website.

The copy you see here is in excellent shape and comes in a
clear, thick plastic sleeve. And although there are no skips or scratches,
the quality of the press itself is slightly below what you would get from
normal black vinyl. This marginal quality-loss is typical with colored vinyl
and picture discs. That being said, it still sounds great!
