Sleeve denotes "American Ram Jam" self titled album. Created as Ram Jam in the US, initially the band was re-christened "American Ram Jam" for the UK market to avoid confusion with a UK band with the same name. Early copies of the single Black Betty featured the name also. - Made In England.
