Ramones - At Your Birthday Party (Vinyl, 2 LP Bootleg, Dragonfly Records)
A double live bootleg LP, taken from two Ramones' concerts -- The Roxy in LA on 8/12/1976 and Aberdeen, WA on 3/51977.  The Wikipedia listing of Ramones' concert dates does place the band in those places on those dates.
I have no idea who really issued this, or where.  The labels say Dragonfly Records . . . both discs are labeled exactly the same -- a picture of a dragonfly on one side and labels from "THE SOUNDS OF THE '60's" on both other sides (see images).  As far as I can tell it bears no connection to the current Dragonfly Records, the trance division of Butterfly Records.
On the front cover are the words "Dansker Fanclubbe Grammofone Kollektiv/Köbenhavn, Danmark."  Which I don't think means much more than "Danish Record Fan Club Group, Copenhagen, Denmark."  Discogs gives the origin of this record as U, S, but I don't think there is anything given to pin it down to that with certainty.  There is no identification along the spine or anywhere else other than the cryptic Danish inscription.
There are 34 tracks, 3 of which are interview excerpts -- one with the band, one with a club owner, and one with a fan.  A number of songs are repeated, as  they were played at both the LA and Aberdeen shows.  The front cover gives non-exhaustive list of songs included . . . it shows "Carbona Not Glue" as being among them, but that gem does not appear on this record.

Sides A and B are the Roxy show, Sides C and D the Aberdeen show.  (Which side is which is arbitrary, since the discs aren't labeled; I went with how the sides were listed on Discogs.)
As with bootlegs, the packaging is minimal.  The back cover is blank red, there are two discs in one non-gatefold jacket, and there's plain white inner sleeves.
The jacket has some corner wear and edge damage on all three sides, but not extensive.  The plain inner sleeves have typical creasing.  
The record plays well . . . sound quality is a bit better than most bootlegs but as is typical of this kind of record, the bass is lacking.

This record always took me back to how it felt to be a Ramones' concert, which I was lucky enough to have been at a few of during this era.
