Extremely Rare, only a few made. I think you would be safe to say that you will never see this for sale again.
The Ramones, Japanese and Dutch pressing are much more common.
Don't be shy about any offers. I don't collect test pressing so this needs to find a new home.

I typed the wrong #7 where a #6 should be.
I wrote: (SA 747 AS 1B JOE Masterdisk)
But it should read:
(SA 746 AS 1B JOE Masterdisk)
- Nothing else is wrong.
