These are the rare original 1978 issues of Ran Blake “TAKE ONE” and “TAKE TWO” on Golden Crest CRS 4176 and 4177. Record and covers are MINT and appear unplayed, in their original open shrink wrap. The two records have exactly the same 11 song titles, but different “takes”. The tracks include four Blake originals. There are no known entries for either record in discographies, making them unusually elusive. Due to the nature of the recordings they are being sold only as a set. These are solo piano recordings.
