1974 pressing of 12 Songs by Randy Newman, in excellent condition.
The vinyl bears a few light surface marks, as you would expect in a record of this age, but nothing that affects the sound quality.
The sleeve too is in excellent condition, although there is a small stain on the top left corner - see final photograph.
I've owned this record since it was first issued, so obviously it isn't mint, but I have always looked after my records and the condition very much reflects that.
