This is another very rare DJ vinyl. See my others!
Before Kelly Llorenna and Flip & Fill ruined this mash-up, there was this original white label bootleg copy circulating among us club DJs. Rank 1 “Airwave” was a huge trance club tune, and then this white label appeared in 2000. Nobody knew who the vocal was, and it was rumoured to be Kylie Minogue for a while. It’s actually Donna Williams singing on this original copy, and it is an absolute ANTHEM in the clubbing world.
These are pretty rare, and this copy is one of the original pressings - rubber stamped with “Rank 1 vs True Lies” on it, with a hand scribed record number “NTO.01.17”
On the B side is another cracking bootleg from the time, Energy 52 vs Love Decade (Cafe Del Mar vs So Real), which never took off in the clubs as much, but sounds great today.
The vinyl plays perfectly, it’s just been tested. Sleeve is very slightly worn at the edges from being in a record bag.
