Ranking Ann A Slice of English Toast LP.
This is a UK 1st press on the Ariwa label from 1982 featuring Mad Professor, Jah Shaka & Horsemouth to name a few.
Condition of the record is EXCELLENT. There's only a couple of very light non audio affecting sleeve removal marks seen under a bright light. No heavy marks or scratches. The labels are clean with just a couple of light spindle marks on each side. No writing or stickers.
The record has been cleaned on a Moth mk11 pro record cleaner & played throughout on a Project turn table.
The audio quality is EXCELLENT. Great condition, hardly played & looked after. Very near perfect audio with just the slightest hint of background surface noise heard in quieter parts, certainly not over powering to the music which is loud & clear with sharp high end tones & deep bass.
The sleeve condition is VERY GOOD+. Clean & very presentable with only very minor storage wear & light handling creases. The spine is square with only light signs of wear & all text fully readable. The opening edge is sharp & crisp with just a hint of wear & a couple of light bumps. The top of the front & back cover show a slight bit of ring wear starting, but apart from that the colours are bright & unworn with no writing or stickers anywhere on the sleeve. Graded very conservatively to the Rare Record Price guide, it's a very enjoyable listen with a presentable original cover!
